We’re sending the BIGGEST #MuskieShoutOut to our Muscatine High School Senior Survivor students! The total amount raised for charities by all teams (including those who did not advance to this week) was $26,034.83!! We are SO proud of our Muskie students and grateful to everyone involved in making Senior Survivor a success. Great job, Muskies! More to come, including a video recap from tonight’s award ceremony. You can also see coverage during the WQAD 10pm news and an article in the Muscatine Journal.
A reminder that beginning on January 8, 2024, all MCSD Board of Education meetings will be inside the district administration center (2900 Mulberry Ave). The regular meetings will begin at 6:15 pm.
Before each regular monthly meeting, “School Board Community Conversations” will also occur at the administration center starting at 5:30 pm.

Can’t we schedule online class one Saturday a month and then work those extra days off in throughout the year? The technology is there. I think we should start thinking outside of the “Monday-Friday-8-to-3-box.”
Year round and school "uniforms" will always be my wish.
Misty Dawn I have ALWAYS loved that idea. I've lived in places that did that, and it allowed for the same amount of time off that we traditionally get, it's just spread out in smaller portions throughout the year. It also trains our children that this is life, you get up and go to your job everyday, you don't get 3 months off for summer break.
