The mission of Garfield/Franklin Elementary School is to provide a supportive environment that assures each child will reach his/her potential.

The Garfield/Franklin Learning Community will:

Uphold the belief that education is the most valuable tool a person can possess.
Prepare all students to live and work in a competitive and diverse society.
Create a safe environment where respect for people and property is demonstrated by everyone at all times.
Assure that all students are in school all day, every day, ready and willing to learn.
