Parents and students, this is a reminder that back to school night for all elementary buildings is on Tuesday, August 24th, from 5:00 pm to 6:30 pm! Please feel free to stop by and meet your child's teacher and to drop off your school supplies. |

2010 Mylunchmoney.com Now Available!
We are happy to announce that you have the option to deposit money into your child's meal account with a credit card from the comfort of your home. You'll also be able to view what your child purchased over the past 5 school days. A letter will be sent home the first week of school with the information you need to complete the enrollment process. This service is optional. As in the past, we will continue to accept cash, personal checks and credit cards at your child's school.

Health Insurance Presentation
Effective July 1st, 2010, the District will change its providers for health insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, and long term disability insurance. Covered employees should have received individual enrollment information along with enrollment forms.
YOU MUST TURN IN YOUR NEW ENROLLMENT FORMS BY April 30, 2010 in order to be covered on the new plans taking effect on July 1st, 2010. If you do not turn in enrollment forms, YOU WILL NOT BE COVERED.
Our insurance broker, Holmes Murphy, has put together this PowerPoint Presentation to help walk employees through the enrollment process and explain how our benefits will work with our new providers.

3/5/2010 - State of Iowa 403(b) Plan - Opportunity from ING We have received an informational brochure from ING. ING is one of our 403(b) vendors and is promoting a new program of theirs for consolidating investments. Interested employees can click on the link to view the ING brochure. 11/19/2009 - 2010 Retirement Investors' Club 403b Product Summary
In July, RIC completed the 2009 competitive bid for tax-sheltered annuity investment providers. The winning providers and the proposed investment options are summarized on the attached RIC 403b Provider Summary. The investment options listed are not available until January 2010.
