11/19/2009 - Flex Spending Account Meeting/Enrollment

The Muscatine Community School District will change flexible benefit plan administrators effective January 1, 2010. Our new flexible benefit plan administrator will be a company called Total Administrative Services Corporation (TASC). TASC representatives will be holding an informational meeting on November 23rd at 3:00 PM at the MHS auditorium. This meeting is mandatory for teachers and optional for all other employees who are not working. The open enrollment period to register for a flexible spending account will run from November 23rd to December 4th. As usual Scott Day and Marsha Shingledecker will be available to answer any questions about flex plans during the enrollment period. 11/19/2009 - 2010 Retirement Investors' Club 403b Product Summary

In July, RIC completed the 2009 competitive bid for tax-sheltered annuity investment providers. The winning providers and the proposed investment options are summarized on the attached RIC 403b Provider Summary. The investment options listed are not available until January 2010.

8/3/2009 -2009-2010 Student Accident Insurance

Voluntary student insurance is being offered through Student Assurance Services, interested parents can download the insurance form off the Forms tab of our web site.
The Online Employee Data Lookup page is now available.
