Band Concert Today

Today is the band matinee.  We are running regular schedule.  Please take attendance of your fifth period students and immediately take them to the auditorium.  Once everyone is in place we will start the concert (1:00-1:05).  In the event that the concert runs longer than a period have your students go back to fifth period to take their stuff and then go directly to the beginning of sixth. We moved the concert up an hour to avoid sports conflicts that happen towards the later part of the day.

The Central Middle School Holiday Concert will be held on Thursday, December 17th at 6:30PM in the Central Auditorium. Students should arrive and be seated by 6:00PM.

Girls: Please wear a nice dress, skirts or pants. Leggings are fine as long as it is appropriate with the top you are wearing. A nice blouse, shirt or top should be worn. Please no spaghetti straps or strapless unless a shawl or jacket will be worn over the top. Please be careful with the size of heel you wear.

Guys: please wear nice pants or dark jeans. A nice button up shirt, sweater or polo shirt will work great. Please do not wear worn jeans, t-shirts or sweatshirts.

This year the 6th, 7th and 8th grade students will be performing one song together at the very end of the concert. We ask that all parents please stay for the entire performance. Your son/daughter have been working on this music and they sound great! Please give them the chance to perform.

As flu season approaches, it is very important for us to monitor students that are ill, so that we can take schoolwide precautions. If your child texts you to let you know that he or she is ill, please notify the main office and ask for our nurse. By doing this, we will be able to give your child appropriate medical care, as well as determine our school

wide precautions. Thanks for your understanding and support!
