Colorado School recently enjoyed a performance from the Quad City Visiting Artist Series.  On Friday, January 13th, students assembled in the gymnasium to listen to the musical performance of the Aduro Brass Quintet.  Aduro is Latin for “Set Ablaze.”  With a wide repertoire of songs, the staff and students were entertained and energized during the 45 minute performance, which included brief history lessons about each of the 5 instruments and the songs performed.  Pieces included works by Mozart and Frank Sinatra.  It was a great experience for our students!
