We’re sending a #MuskieShoutout to @Muscatinehs seniors Kate Olson and Colin Millage! Following Advanced Placement exams in May of 2024, Kate and Colin were recognized as AP Scholars with Distinction, an award given to students who receive an average score of at least 3.5 on all AP Exams taken and scores of 3 or higher on five or more of these exams. In addition, Colin was awarded the AP Capstone Diploma, an award given to students who complete both the AP Seminar course and AP Research course with scores of 3 or higher and scores of 3 or higher on four additional exams throughout high school. Congratulations, Kate and Colin! Look for an article in the Muscatine Journal tomorrow recognizing Kate and Colin – they will also be recognized for these awards at their graduation ceremony this spring.
