CMS Daily Announcements Green Day Wednesday, November 26th

Congratulations again to the 8th grade Girls’ Basketball Team for its thrilling victory over the Bettendorf Black Bulldog team by the score of 20-17, last Tuesday. It was a great defensive battle the entire game. All the girls contributed to the win with their aggressive play. Leading the Chargers in scoring were Haley Jarrett scoring 2 points, Vada Fridley added 3 points, and Macey Rogers scored 12 points for the Central victory. The B Team was victorious as well. They led by Callie Kellett scoring 4 points and Skylene Banter, Lily Vela, Sierra Long, and Katie Ragan all adding 2 points each. The Chargers play next Tuesday against the Davenport Young Intermediate School team here at Central Middle School, starting at 4 pm. Thanks for all of your support!! GO CHARGERS!!!
Please check the lost and found in 210 and in the hall across from the main office. We have many items that have been unclaimed such as coats, jackets, hats, etc….
Attention Students – Next week we will be MAP testing in your reading and math classes. Make sure you bring your laptop fully charged for testing next week.
Attention SLG members and advisors – The next regularly scheduled SLG meeting will be held on Monday, Dec. 1st, during homeroom in Room 322 (Mrs. Paul’s room). Please check in with your homeroom teacher before reporting to the meeting.

Yearbook all-team meeting Monday, Dec. 8th.
PBIS Celebration! Our 2nd quarter PBIS celebration will be on December 19th and we will be decorating cookies! We are asking that students and parents donate frosting to use for decorating the cookies! Please bring frosting (Only new/unopened) into the main office! Thanks for supporting positive behavior at CMS!
