Student Leadership would like to announcement that it is Muskie Homecoming next week.  We will be celebrating with them by having Spirit Week next week.

Monday- Pajama Day (put on comfy, yet school appropriate pjs)

Tuesday- Decade Day (dress up like you’re favorite decade)

Wednesday- Wacky Hair Day (come to school with a funky hairdo)

Thursday- Jersey (wear your favorite team’s jersey)

Friday- Muskie Spirit Day (bedeck yourself in purple and gold)

Mr. Walthart wants to congratulate all of the cross country student athletes on a fantastic home meet yesterday.  We represented our schools very well and I am proud of all of you and our coaches.  Thank you again and Go Muskies!

The Box Tops have been tabulated and the results are:  

3rd Place: 7th Grade with 893 Box Tops

2nd Place: 8th Grade with 1,072 Box Tops

1st Place: 6th Grade with 1,132 Box Tops

7th and 8th grade book club students get your permission slips to Mrs. Brown by WED & come to the meeting in homeroom.

Attention Students for Environmental Action: There will be a meeting this Friday, Sept. 23rd during 8th period in the cafeteria. You will need a pass to attend the meeting. 6th graders, get your passes from Ms. Mollenbeck. 7th graders, get your passes from Ms. Christenson. 8th graders, get your passes from Ms. Gacke.

Students when you are leaving Central, coming in late, coming back from an appointment or for any other reason you need to check in and/or out in the attendance office.

Any 8th grade student interested in being apart of the recognition committee needs to visit Ms Arnold in room 206 to sign up.   Please sign up before September 23rd.

Pledge to eat your breakfast within 1 hour of waking up sometime this week. If you wait too long to eat in the morning, you may be more likely to choose high-calorie, low-nutrient foods.

This will allow you to order the students pictures.  Parents only have 48 hours to order online.

You may order after the 48 hour time frame.  Only difference is the parents need to call 1-800-955-8342 to order.  Those orders will be mailed to the student’s address.
