Preschool Registration 2015-16

Preschool Registration for the Muscatine Community School District (MCSD) will now be conducted online for 3-year-old and 4-year-old programs. Beginning at NOON on Monday, January 12, 2015, the following two links (English and Spanish) will be open. To be eligible for these programs your child must be 3-years-old or 4-years-old by September 15, 2015. Deadline for filling out the online registration form will be Friday, March 13, 2015. Please NOTE: Priority will be given for 4-year-old placement to students who are currently in the 3-year-old programs at Colorado, McKinley and Grant, pending completed online registration. 4-year-old spots at these locations will be very limited. We also have preschool programs located at Jefferson and Franklin Elementary Schools.

The registration form will include information on the student, parent/guardian, program preference and income verification (for Jefferson and Franklin preschools only). Once you have submitted your application, it will automatically be dated and time stamped and received by the Early Childhood Department. Parents/Guardians will be sent a letter no later than March 27th with program placement information and an enrollment packet. The enrollment packet must be completed and returned to the Early Childhood Department no later than April 9th in order to secure your child’s spot in the program.

If you do not have ability to access the online form (from your home computer or your mobile device), please contact the Early Childhood Department and we will assist you. You may also access the web at the Musser Public Library.
