“Sparkplugs” Family Literacy program for 4 to 8-year-olds plus their families begins its last 6-week session for this school year. “Blowing Our Tops” features books and hands-on activities about volcanoes, geysers, and other high-interest subjects on Thursday evenings at 6 pm, March 3 through April 7, 2016.
