Come down to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers’ first annual Trick-or-Treat in the park at our Shady Creek Recreation Area on Saturday, October 24th from 3pm-5pm. Dress up in your favorite Halloween costume and join us for an afternoon of fun and safe trick-or-treating along the Mississippi River!
