Hawki Health and Dental for Children ages 0-19

Hawki offers free or low-cost health coverage for kids and teens ages -19 for 2020, and now even more children are eligible for health care coverage! Thousands of kids qualify for coverage – do yours?
What does Hawki cover:

- vaccines/shorts
- well-child visits
- inpatient hospital services
- prescription drugs
- outpatient hospital services
- mental health services
- much more…
Hawki can enroll children to receive full coverage which includes both medical and dental services or there is also a dental-only option available as well! Enrollment is easy, complete an application via phone by calling (855)889-7985 or complete an Iowa Medicaid application at https://dhsservices.iowa.gov/apspssp/ssp.portal.
