• REMINDER! MHS Parent Teacher Conferences: Conferences will be held virtually using Google Meet or via phone conference on:
  • Monday, March 8 from 4-7:15pm
  • Wednesday, March 10 from 4-7:15pm
  • Thursday, March 11 from 1:45-3:45pm

Muscatine High School will be holding Spring Parent-Teacher Conferences virtually through Google meets. We have developed a site where you will be able to click on the name of the teacher and select a date and time to conference with that teacher. Once you have confirmed your meeting, you will receive a Google Meet link that will be used at the time of the conference. If you prefer an in-person meeting, a form is available on the website for you to fill out and we will be in contact with you in regards to those. • Seniors: Our Americorps Student Leaders have office hours in the library. The Student Leaders will hold their office hours in the Library at the round table near the circulation desk on the following schedule:

    This is a great opportunity for you to receive help with your local scholarship packet, essays or applications for outside scholarships, FSAID creation, FAFSA completion, etc. They have been trained in everything and are ready, willing and able to help! We receive weekly reports from the state on FAFSA completion and will be contacting seniors who have not completed and submitted theirs yet.

  Silver Cord Hours: Deliver Meals for Seniors Saturdays & holidays. Meals are picked up at Trinity. It takes about an hour to deliver a route. A route consists of delivering 8- 10 meals. Training is provided by riding along with current volunteers to learn route. A valid driver’s license (or a licensed driver to transport you) is required. • Lost & Found:  If you have lost an item, please stop at the Attendance Center to see if it has been turned in.  Items turned in recently are air pods, lunch boxes, clothing, and jewelry. You will need to provide details of the items lost such as color, etc.
• Registering Your Electronics: Worried about your electronics being stolen? Want to make sure you remember your serial number? We have just the program for you!
  Stop down and See Officer Pena to register your electronics. This program is a free program and that registers any electronics that you bring to school. The program hopes to prevent theft from happening but also to ensure that we have any and all serial numbers on file in the event that something does get taken.  Any electronics can be registered. • FREE MEALS for all kids 18 (older when enrolled in school) and under. (USDA announced that they would be extending the Summer Food Service Program (SFSP)). • Silver Cord Form:  Students recording hours of volunteer service during their years at MHS will be awarded a Silver Cord to wear at graduation. In order for volunteer hours to count towards a Silver Cord, students must complete the online form to verify. Silver Cord Form
• BookDash Service: The MHS Library is continuing to offer our BookDash service!! Any student who needs (or wants) more books to read during virtual learning can complete the BookDash order form. * More information is available on the MHS Library website or the linked flyer. Curbside pick up is recommended!

• Vehicle Registration Form/Parking Tags: If you are a new driver to MHS and do not have an MHS Parking Tag, you will need to pick up & complete a Vehicle Registration Form. Vehicle Registration Form  Students that have a parking tag from last year will continue to use that parking tag. If you no longer have the parking tag, please stop in the Student Services office.
• DOT Minor School License Form: DOT Minor School License Form Forms are available in the MHS Main Office – Rm-11-001. (You must have completed Driver’s Ed in order to submit this form.)  Instructions: Please complete Sections 1 and 3. (Leave Section 2 blank) and return to the Main Office.
