- There will be an assembly today at 3:05PM in the MHS Gym to honor the MHS Bowling Teams.
- MHS Choir Concert tonight (3/2) featuring A Capella Choir, Treble Choir, Concert Choir, Freshman Choir, and Jazz Etc. The concert is in the MHS Auditorium At 7:00pm. Admission is $4 for adults and $3 for Students. Activity passes and Staff ID’s are also accepted.
- Senior Survivor 2015 began Sunday, March 1 and will run through Thursday, March 5th. There will be community challenges Monday-Wednesday starting at 6pm. Monday will be in the Cafeteria; Tuesday and Wednesday will be in the MHS Gym. Admission is $3 each night. Please come and support the students!
- GSA (gay-straight alliance, a club for LBGTQ teens and their allies) will meet this Wednesday at 3:45 in room 142. We will be discussing the first chapters of our book study, and talking about future activities. Treats will be provided.

- 2015 AP Testing Information – AP Tests can be ordered in the MHS Student Services Office through Wednesday, March 25th. Please see the attached document (Ap Testing) for specific tests, testing dates, and cost. If you have any questions, please contact Ms. Hawkins.
- Boys Tennis – Any boy interested in playing tennis this year should attend a meeting after school on Tuesday, March 3rd in Mr. Ramos’ room (11-037). Any questions should be forwarded to Mr. Ramos.
- Boys Track and Field – There will be a parent meeting March 3rd at 6:00PM in the MHS commons. This is a date change from March 2nd. If possible please plan on attending as important information will be discussed.
- MHS Muskie Baseball Under Armour apparel is now available for purchase. There seemed to be technical issues when placing orders on the Muskie Baseball on-line store. - Golf Scholarship opportunity:
The Tony Robison Memorial Golf Membership Scholarship is open to all students in grades 8-12. One male and female will be selected. The main criteria is the desire to play golf: not based on grades or financial need. The award is a one year junior golf membership at Geneva Golf and Country Club. Athletic eligibility is not affected. Once awarded, if selected individuals do not use it, it will be re-awarded to another individual. Deadline to apply is April 3, 2015. Applications are available at West Middle School, Central Middle School, Muscatine High School Athletic Office.

MHS will be providing the ACT test to all 11th grade students this year at no cost to the student. The date for testing will be Tuesday, April 28th. The testing will take place at Muscatine High School and also at an off campus location. Please contact Mr. Nienhaus if you have any questions.

Graduation Announcements will be distributed on Tuesday, March 10th during lunch. Please call 1-800-JOSTENS to pay by credit card or debit card by this date. Cash and Money Orders are the only forms of payment accepted at school on this day. Your account must be paid in full in order to pick up your items at school on Delivery Day.

Muscatine Youth Baseball is a non-profit organization that helps put baseball in the lives of our youth from ages from 7 to 17. We want our kids to have fun and learn about the great sport of baseball. First year players need to provide a birth certificate upon signing up. Cost is $50 per player for the 2015 season.
