The next time you’re heading to drop off or pickup at one of our schools I hope you’ll notice the signs located outside. This school year is certainly unlike any other we’ve seen. We are all navigating through a pandemic and adjusting to our new normal (hopefully just a temporary thing). Did you know that the Muscatine Community School District employs nearly 1,000 people? I might be the newest addition to the team, but I’ve always been pro teacher and education. 

My co-workers including teachers and all staff members are heroes. These men and women wake up everyday and are working to set up our children for success in life. Whether they’re doing that in-person in a classroom or online, the dedication remains the same regardless of the circumstances we find ourselves in. We’re all extremely thankful for your trust and support as we continue with this school year.
