Upcoming events and dates to remember:
Nov. 11 – Veterans Day Assembly 9:00am 10:00am
Nov. 25 – 2 hour early dismissal
Nov. 26 & 27 – NO SCHOOL – Thanksgiving Holiday
Stop by the main office for information on the “Boy Scouts Informational Event” Monday, November 9 at 6:00pm New Hope Church, 3215 Tipton Rd. Muscatine. Boy Scouts is open to all boys in grades 6 – 12. Every new scout will receive a free MINECRAFT prize for signing up with scouts.
Do you like to sing? Do you like to act? Have you ever thought of being in a musical? The West and Central Middle School will be holding tryouts for The Little Mermaid Musical on Monday, November 16th at West Middle School, Tuesday, November 17th at Central, Wednesday, November 18th at West Middle School, and Monday, November 23rd at Central Middle School. You may get Audition material outside of the Choir Room and sign up for an audition time by going to www.muskiechoir.com

The MHS Drama Departments presents “A Murder Is Announced” by Agatha Christie. Plan to join us for this suspenseful whodunnit on November 6 & 7 at 7pm in the MHS auditorium. Tickets are available at the door for $5 each; activity passes will be accepted. Box office opens at 6:15 pm. Cautions: the show includes gunshots and a short period of total darkness.
For your convenience all athletic and activity events can now be found on the WMS calendar. This one stop convenient calendar will make it easy for staff, students and parents to access dates and times for all activities. Just click on the “School Calendar” tab at the top right.
The Attendance Office has purple NIKE athletic bags for sale for $30.00. Stop by to take a look.
