#MuskieShoutOut to Caleb Carlson, a Senior at Muscatine High School. On Sunday, Caleb was recognized as one of the Iowa Governor’s Scholars! Seniors being honored have been selected by their high schools as the highest academic achievers. Caleb received a photo plaque from the ceremony and a certificate to commemorate their achievement. Congratulations to Clayton Smith, a senior at Muscatine High School, for winning a welding competition and receiving a scholarship from Midwest Technical Institute – Quad Cities!
