CMS Daily Announcements / White Day – Wednesday, Feb 25th

Congratulations to all the 6th grade students who participated in the book battle yesterday.  It was an intense battle but the Book Geeks team with Jagger Raines, Caylie McConnaha, Hannah Michalsen, and Landen Rudolph pulled ahead for the win and the rights to battle the 6th grade teachers 1st period on Tuesday March 3rd.

The CMS Orchestra Concert will be on Thursday, February 26th at 6:00pm in the CMS Auditorium.  Students should arrive at 5:30pm.  Students need to bring their own instrument and music and wear black on bottom and white on top.  See Ms. Blanchard with any questions.

The Tony Robison Memorial Golf Membership Scholarship is open now to all students in grades 8 – 12.  Pick up a form in the Attendance office.  The deadline is April 3, 2015.

Hey students; SLG is starting the annual door decoration contest. Get together with your homeroom and design your door to this years theme of the decades. You can choose any time period like the 80s and you design your homeroom door to that style. An extra note teachers will have to supply paper for their own door this year. Thanks and happy door decorating! The contest ends March 11th.

Information Session for Prospective College Athletes:Monday night, March 9th in conjunction with Parent/Teacher Conferences, 6pm-7:30pm MHS Commons.  Topics covered will include information on: Athletic scholarships, different levels of competition, recruiting, NCAA Clearinghouse, college selection, and many other related topics. The MHS Counseling staff will be presenting the information. Any coaches, parents, or students interested in these topics are encouraged to attend. For more information contact Jake Muller at MHS.

St. Mary’s and St. Mathias Religious Ed has been cancelled for this evening.
