CMS Daily Announcements Wednesday, Dec 16 – Green Day

Morning Announcements for students:

1st and 2nd Period White Day PE Classes please report to room #115 Thursday Dec 17th for Peer Pressure Class instead of the gym.

A friendly reminder from the PBIS Team.  We are coming near the end of the quarter which means we are coming close to our 2nd celebration.  To attend the celebration you will need no D’s or F’s, less than 2 full days worth of absences, and no minors or majors.  Keep that in mind as we get ready for Winter Break.

Congratulations to all CMS Orchestra students on a wonderful concert last night.  Your hard work showed and you should be proud of yourself!

8th grade book club meeting today at lunch.  Library books on hold after 1st period WED for Jazlinn Yerington, Elizabeth Reist, Cooper Peine, & last call for Aidan Daufeldt

Last game of Season for girls basketball:  The 7th grade girls ended the season on the road last night at Davenport Sudlow with two victories.  The girls won the first game with a great team effort in which every girl contributed to the victory.  In the second game the Chargers pulled away with several late baskets to win a close battle.  The girls played together and displayed great teamwork all night.

The coaches would like to thank the girls for a great season.  We also would like to give a special thanks to all the parents for their support of the team and for getting the kids to practice every morning. Congratulations girls!

The Talent Show will be held on December 22. We will run on a 2 hour early out schedule to accommodate the talent show. Students will be released to the auditorium at 1:25.

As flu season approaches, it is very important for us to monitor students that are ill, so that we can take schoolwide precautions. If your child texts you to let you know that he or she is ill, please notify the main office and ask for our nurse. By doing this, we will be able to give your child appropriate medical care, as well as determine our school

wide precautions. Thanks for your understanding and support!
