Today is a Gold Day

Mark your calendars for October 20th.  Lifetouch will be back for retake pictures.  They will only be in our building from 8:30-10:30 on that day.

Reminder flyers will be sent home this week.

Order forms can be found in the main office.

Students:

Athletic dismissals for today: 8th Grade Football will be dismissed at 2:25.

7th and 8th Grade Girls Basketball and 7th and 8th Grade Wrestling sign up is in the attendance office. Practice begins Monday, October 16th.

Girls who played volleyball need to turn in their jerseys to the attendance office.

Don’t forget to turn in your Box Tops by October 16 to your ELA Teacher.

A big thank you to all the students and staff that participated in the Penny Wars Challenge.  The sixth graders raised $350.25 for MCSA.  Way to go, Sixth Graders!

Parent Teacher Conferences are coming up:

October 23rd 4:30-7:30

October 24th 4:30-7:30

October 26th 1:45-3:45

CMS will be serving pizza and water at a minimal cost.  Food will be served from 4:30-6:30 in the cafeteria.

Lifetouch pictures have been delivered!!  They should be coming home with your students on Wed. or Thurs.  Please ask your students if they have received them.  

If your student does not come home with pictures it could be because:

• They were absent when Lifetouch was here

• Orders were placed online

• Students chose not to have their picture taken

No worries, picture retake will be October 20th.  The packets  going home today or tomorrow are for you to keep.  No need to turn them back in.  If you would like to order, the directions will be on the package that goes home with your student.  When you order your pictures  online they take a little longer to get back.  Any questions feel free to call the office 263-7784
