MHS Drama Department presents 12 Angry Jurors – November 3rd & 4th: 12 strangers must work together to decide his fate. Is he guilty or not? Join us on November 3rd & 4th as the MHS Drama Department presents 12 Angry Jurors. Shows start at 7 pm in the Auditorium at MHS. Tickets are $6, and are available at the door day of show. Box Office will open at 6:15 pm. Activity passes are accepted!

• 2017 Football Banquet: The 2017 Football Banquet will be Sunday, November 5th at 6 pm in the Auditorium. There will desserts and refreshments in the Cafeteria following the ceremony. All players in grades 9-12 are expected to attend and dress nicely.
• Girls’ Cross Country Equipment Return: All cross country girls not traveling to the state cross country meet should turn in all equipment this week — before school, during enrichment, or immediately after school are the best times.

• MCC Manufacturing Month Open House will be held on Thursday, October 26, 2017, from
  4 to 6 p.m. at the Muscatine Community College Muscatine Industrial Technology Center,

• Nominate MHS Staff of the Quarter: Teachers and Support Staff play an important role in the lives of children, families, and communities. Each quarter we would like to recognize outstanding educators at Muscatine High School and highlight her/his achievements. The Muscatine High School Staff of the Quarter award has been established to recognize outstanding people for their dedication, professionalism and work in the classroom. • The Prudential Spirit of Community Awards will grant two Iowa honorees $1,000, a medallion, and an all-expense-paid trip to Washington, D.C.
  The Prudential Spirit of Community Awards is looking for Iowa’s top youth volunteers of the year. Students in grade 5-12 are invited to apply if they have made meaningful contributions to their communities through volunteer service within the past 12 months. Fall Bash Dance: Are you ready to glow? The Fall Bash Dance will be on Saturday, October 21st from 9-11 pm in the MHS Cafeteria. Entrance is $5 at the door. Bedeck yourselves in white and neon colors for this blacklight extravaganza! Glow sticks, necklaces, and bracelets will be sold on sight, as well. Invite all your peers to come out for a night of fun and fellowship!
