Today is a BLUE Day!

Upcoming events and dates to remember:

Jan. 18 – No School – Teacher Inservice

Any 7th or 8th grade boy or girl interested in swimming this year, there is a sign-up sheet in the attendance office.  Swimming practice will begin on Monday, February 1st with more information to come in the next month.

Muscatine Preschool Alliance Registration for the 2016-2017 will open January 11, 2016 at 12:00pm and be conducted online with a link accessible on the Muscatine Community School District homepage (www.muscatine.k12.ia.us) To be eligible, your child must be 4 yrs old by September 15, 2016 and live in the state of Iowa. Spots are limited. Priority is given to students currently enrolled in a district 3 year – old program at Grant / McKinley and income eligible at Jefferson / Franklin. Any 8^th grader interested in playing baseball will have the opportunity to participate on a Muskie 14U baseball team. This team will play in various tournaments throughout the Spring/Summer and will be coached by Randy Rosa. There will be a fee of $125 to participate that will cover jersey, hat, and tournament entrance fees. There will be scholarships available for players upon request. Players will learn the skills and fundamentals that will prepare them to be a part of the Muscatine High School Baseball program. Players can sign-up at the same time and location that Muscatine Youth Baseball (city league) will be.
